Once we receive a signed agreement, our onboarding specialist reaches out to request information in order to build your database. Onboarding is included in all BellesBoard packages and takes approximately 2-3 weeks once information is received.  

Following your database build, our dedicated admin trainer will walk you through your database and take you through a training session on the key organization administrator functions.  

We recognize that leadership and staff changes can happen frequently. BellesBoard allows your organization to have a secure, central location with custom permissions and allows for the easy transition or addition of new administrators. We also offer ongoing admin training to ensure all those in the admin role are comfortable and supported.

BellesBoard integrates with Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge NXT donor management software in order for fundraising staff to be able to activate board members in growing relationships with both prospective donors and existing donors.

BellesBoard also integrates with SignNow to enable its e-Signature functionality.

BellesBoard also integrates with membership management systems such as Jonas Club Software in order to have accurate daily data feed of membership information.

BellesBoard helps fundraisers leverage board members as relationship-builders.
