With a diverse and rich background spanning performing arts, wellness, executive support, event management and brand marketing, Carolina specializes in project-based work that blends creativity with strategic organization. After nearly 17 years of supporting high-level executives and managing complex logistics, Carolina has carved a rewarding path by blending her skills and experiences in wellness, performing arts and community focused advocacy. 

Her introduction to the nonprofit world came in the form of serving for 3 years as Treasurer of the Parent Association (501c3) in the elementary school her daughters attended. It is here where she learned valuable skills in collaborating with parents, teachers and administration to raise funds, garner enrichment programming and develop community relationships to further enhance the education of each child at the school. 

She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Toledo in consortium with the Medical College of Ohio; and a Musical Theatre Advanced Studies Certificate from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City. Now, at BellesBoard, she draws on her diverse background to blend artistic and community focused goals with innovation—helping clients and collaborators bring visionary ideas to life. When she is not acting as personal assistant to her two busy young daughters, she loves to put on her 3-inch dance shoes and take them for a spin!
